A web deletion path for AutoTrust members, including people who no longer have the mobile app installed.
Sign in on the AutoTrust website, open Settings and account, then choose Delete account. You will confirm the signed-in email address and type DELETE. You do not need to reinstall the iPhone or Android app.
Deletion permanently removes the AutoTrust login and associated private Garage data, including vehicles, uploaded Garage documents, reminders, service and running-cost records, and notification registrations. It cannot be undone.
Payment-provider and transaction records may be retained only where required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes or law, then removed when no longer required. Account deletion does not create a refund.
If you cannot sign in, email adam@apeirondp.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
